It has been a while since I have been on here, I am still running and loving it, I recently did the Leeds 10k in 1:06 and am aiming to do the York 10k in 1 hr or less! My best 5k was Harrogate parkrun in 30.03 (next time I will get under 30 mins.
Any way just wanted to re introduce myself and thank everyone here for the helping my through the tough early runs. Running is great, and so rewarding.

Good to see another Yorkshire Lad on here too - and pretty impressive times your putting up there. And 3 seconds on your park run - so close to the magical 30 mins.
Am planning 2 10k this Autumn, BUPA Great Yorkshire Run in Sept, then the Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash in November. never know might see you at one of them!
well done you thats great going and its soooo good to have something to aim for. Being a southern girl I feel a bit left out of all this northern fun!! Good luck in York!
