Last run but too hot!

I need to do my graduation run but I hate running in the heat. I was thinking about going out tonight to do it when things have cooled down a bit, but will probably go really early in the morning before work. I love this nice weather, but not for running in!

Oh i agree, love the sun when ive got a ice cold pims in my hand but not when I've got my trainers on, I'm planning to get up befor the sun in the morning to do my last run, good luck if you do yours x

Same as me - I've been putting off running the past few days because I couldn't bear the heat but didn't want to miss any more days so went this evening. Had plenty of water to drink before I went and had a shower to cool down from the day and went about 9pm and it was fine, really enjoyed it. This weather is so gorgeous and it's been a long time waiting for it but I really don't feel like running in it either!
