Too hot to run!!

Hi All! Does anyone else find it really difficult running in this heat? It really slows me down! I have realised I like running in dull cool rainy weather! My last 2 runs have not been great due to the humidity. Feeling a bit despondent 😒

I agree. It was far too hot and humid this evening. I struggled with breathing, pace was slow and I looked like I had just stepped out of a steamy, hot shower by the time I got home.

Humidity is difficult because it seems so airless and you sweat like crazy - you're not alone. But well soon be moaning about how cold or wet it is, so don't despair!

I've found I don't mind the heat too much, or humidity, but full sun just decks me...

Yes me too!! Think I will try getting up earlier and going in the mornings when it's cooler but haven't tried it yet 😱😂

Yup, I long for cooler weather and to complete a run without the beetroot look. Fat chance at the moment, eh!
