W7R3 - Seems I found my pace?

After that nail-biting Wimbledon finale I went out for the last run of Week 7 and even though it felt like I was going pretty slow I hit the same overall average as in the other two runs of this week.

So it seems my current overall pace (including the 5min walks at the beginning and end) is 8min/km. Far from the 6min/km necessary, but I don't care right now.

I feel good while running, nothing hurts, that's good enough for me right now :)

Sounds like you're doing great- I wouldn't include the warm up and cool down, that will affect your overall average quite a lot.

I start tracking when I start running, which is all you'll be doing now :)
