Week 8 Run 3

I have just completed this run on a treadmill in the gym and managed to do 30 mins and I was still able to talk - although only just - when I had finished. I managed to do just under 4k which I am quite happy with. I guess the speed will come later and am just glad to be finishing the runs at this point. I did find it a lot easier on the treadmill ( I had the incline at 0.6) than running outside so I may continue to run on the treadmill to build my stamina and only run outside once a week instead until I know I can run the full distance. It certainly boosted my confidence
