Why is that one so hard? I don't know why, but two lots of 10 is harder than 20. I saw two other women running- and walking- and running again (both faster than me, by a little), and I've decided we need a secret salute or something. I *swear* they were C25Kers.

That's a brilliant idea, we've also seen people and wondered if they were also listening to Laura. Maybe a pair of special coloured laces or a retro sweatband could be worn ;-) I think a secret handshake would be difficult whilst jogging and there's no lapel to put a carnation in!

I done the same run tonight. My breathing was tight and I struggled. I struggled on the 1st run also! But I will keep running as I am still doing amazingly well for someone who could not run. Glad I am not the only one finding this week tough. Glad I have found this forum.
