Hello, depsite still sore ankles, completed Wekk 9 Run 3 on Wednesday night, managed 6.09km. Was wondering what do people do now? Am thinking of 2 30 min runs a week and a 1 hour cycle as don't think my ankles can continue to do the 3 times a week run..

Any tips/thoughts ?

Sounds like a good plan. Lots of people use the stepping stones podcasts. I haven't tried those yet. Another option is bridge to 10k. Again I haven't tried it but lots are doing it. Me - I'm doing 3 runs a week of between 20-45 mins dependent on available time and how I'm feeling. Hope that helps.

I've just managed to finish and I'm looking at doing stepping stones because I'm incredibly slow. I think 30 minutes is a good lenghth of time for me to run but I want to increase my speed. If I ever manage to lose any weight I might try also to do longer as well as faster :D
