Week 6 run 3 done! Laura says I am a runner now !

Well I managed the 25 minute run - I was quite anxious before hand but kept thinking of Laura's advice that if you have followed the program you would be able to do this.

My run was fine - tough of course but I managed to keep going. Must admit I am looking forward to week 7 now - if I can run 25 I can run 28 and the more often I do this the easier it will become - heres hoping anyway.
