Week Seven finished

Not a lot to report here except that I did it. I changed my route a bit and the second half was running back on a shingled path, which seemed much harder work than on the tarmac. In turn that made me a little bit slower although not by very much. Still enjoying it although I don't know how much I'm looking forward to adding a bit next week.

When it got to 20 minutes today and there was only 5 left, that seemed OK, but I did think... oh dear, next time I'll get to 20 minutes and there will still be 8 minutes to go. I don't know why 3 minutes makes such a difference but it really seems to!

Anyway I won't worry about it, I will just - trust the programme! Have a great weekend everybody, and if you are running this weekend I hope it's easy and fun :-)
