First run today listening to my own music. Am amazed I can now run for over 30 minutes. It has taken me about a year to get to this stage as I started the program when I was recovering from post viral fatigue. I knew that I would have to take it slowly so I originally aimed to do each week twice which I did have to do.I also suffered set backs along the way with no running for different reasons. However I am pretty proud that I persevered and I suppose what I am trying to say is if I can do it anyone can.
