It was halfway through the run when it dawned on me I has half way through the programme! Run was great and although the weather was awful - drizzling - (yes considered that I was now one of those mad runners!) I did enjoy it. I had had a few days too many break - too many late nights, early work mornings and a bit too much wine generally..thought it would be dreadful... but managed fine, and will complete the last run on weekend so I start Week 5 next week - ONWARDS.
