I just ran my first run of week 4 and was wondering if there is such a thing as too slow. I found the five minutes difficult and although I did it without stopping, my pace was very slow. Has anyone else started really slow and gained more speed as the weeks go on? I know it gets easier and I would appreciate any comments.

Thanks, Rayagirl :)

No such thing as too slow. :D Slow and steady works. It worked for me - slower than my brisk walking, right through to graduation, and since them I've speeded up a little bit (but not a lot!)

But much more active than I was before, so it's all good. And I can run for up to 100 minutes now. :)

Wow, 100 minutes, that is fantastic!! I am glad it worked for you and I know it will for me as well (eventually). Thanks so much for your response and congrats on completing the program:)
