On schedule..... WK3 completed on Sunday, WK4 run1 today...... But watch your step when celebrating!

I really enjoyed week 3, the transitions in the music really helped. With a good week 3 I approached week 4 cautiously - I always do at the start of a week ;-)

Week 4 run 1 went well - only put off by the halfway comments by Laura midflow - and I really pumped it up for the last five minutes........ then the restful walk. Celebrating inside for 'me' I forgot to concentrate on foot placement because I was 'only walking' and took a tumble, luckily onto grass.

Moral? Don't celebrate mentally until home and refreshed - be careful about foot placement, at ALL times ;-)
