It feels a bit of a comedown after run 3 of week 5 to go back to intervals after running 20 minutes... I'm just going to trust in the program and in Laura and do what she says, I'm good at following orders...
That said, it was quite enjoyable! Here's to the next run!

Hi Crismatlotta, (love the name btw!) most people on here share your sentiments and find it strange to go back to walking but I'm sure it's all part of some cunning plan to make us feel really mentally strong to tackle anything that Laura throws at us!:). Trust in Laura, she will get you there the same way she's got hundreds of us there already! Best wishes
