Hope your 25 minute run went well! Almost a year on from starting C25k I am still pinching myself to think that I am 'into' running, have gained fitness, lost weight and inches, and have gained a whole lot of friends who share the same goals, struggles and achievements! Good luck and keep on running (and blogging).
It went very well thanks! Thanks for your lovely comments. I am feeling better than I have ever felt and I can see how it can become addictive! For the first time ever I am exercising because I want to not because I have to and I'm still losing weight in the process!!!
