Procrastinating

I'm trying to work up the enthusiasm to go on my run but I seem to have lost my mojo. Combination of a truly disheartening week at work and a bad night's sleep, I reckon.

Hopefully the fresh air and exercise will help cheer me up and get me going!

I know the feeling. Just don't think about it... put on your shoes and start walking. After 5 minutes or so, you will feel charged enough for your run. At what stage are you in the program?

It was week 5 run 2.

Wish I hadn't peeked at what's next - run 3 has got me bricking it.

I've responded further up - but just wanted to add - run 3 is *much* worse to think about than it is to actually do. Read some of the survivor's blogs! And the feeling at the end is just about the best feeling in the whole programme - even better than graduation at the end! :)
