Week 6 run 3 - Feeling a little under the weather

Today I should be doing W6R3 but I've woken up with a sore throat and a slight tightness in my chest. I'm wondering if I should still go out and try the run, I still feel like doing it but am worried my body might not be up to it. I haven't failed on any of the runs so far and would hate to do that today. So, should I listen to my body or have a go anyway??

I went out Monday running with a cold and came back with a chest infection!! Well that's what I think anyway, I was so desperate to keep running that I persuaded myself that my body was telling me that it was ok when I should have stayed at home, anyway, do listen to your body but listen to your head as well, your health is the most important thing, you can always run tomorrow x

Thanks for the advice Ally-d. I really, really don't want to miss another day, I've already had 2 rest days after W5R3 due to work but I think you are right. If I really struggle it could put me back days or weeks :-(
