Well R2 done this morning, Ok I was a bit slower mainly due to the aches from R1. Made some changes though today, Stretch exercises pre and post Run, and a cool shower, hope this works and that the Penguin Walk will slowly disappear as I progress to W1R3 on Saturday!

Well done. Hope the stretches worked. I can't believe how quickly time goes on this plan . It feels like yesterday that I started but I'm about to do w4r3.
