Greenlegs request for a photo for the 5x50 challenge got me thinking!
I know I've lost a couple of stone this year and I can tell, but would photos show any difference, so I had a look back to about 6 months after I packed up smoking and compared to this morning and I can tell the difference, nothing drastic, but a thinner waistline and face, still got about a stone to go before I will be at the top of the normal range, but onwards...
So whilst running didn't in itself make me lose weight, when paired with healthier eating, myfitnesspal app and longer runs, all in all I'm happy with the way my health is going.
