Ankle still not right, does anyone know how long torn tendons on outside of ankle take to heal, as its been 3 weeks so far and now going into 4th week.

Had gait analysis done today and just jogging up and down to see what trainers would be best has made it hurt really badly again :-(

Love the upside-down pic :) Sorry to hear about your ankle, though - what's the medical advice?

Hi, not blogged on here but I have been having the same problem. Now 4 weeks and 3 days since I did mine. Finally gave in and went to a physio on Saturday and she did some manipulation, ultra sound and strapped it with tape, she also gave me some exercises to do. Big improvement since then. Had to go again on monday and she said I can try light jogging tonight with it strapped. I will have to keep it supported when I do any exercise. Totally gutted that I haven't been able to get out since I did it.

My advice, if you can, is to rest it, ice it and if you can visit a physio. Hope it gets better soon for you!
