Thank you! LMS2110 I really don't know beyond to keep running 3 times a week. Improve my distance is my big thing I'm not obsessed with times really. I wanted to do park runs ultimately. What does everyone else do? When I've persuaded my laptop that my new dongle isn't a camera I'll have a look around here x

Hiya, again

I finished today and chose a well signposted ParkRun to do my W9R3. I'd not done it before and it was a lovely way to graduate. I didn't do the entire course in the required 30 minutes, (my hips were tired after 38 mins) so I finished with a longer walking cool down back to my car. However, I am now convinced that I'd like to make the full 5kms my next objective. I just scoured the www for ParkRun venues and had no idea that there was a venue under 10 miles from my home. Really suggest you do the search ... I plan to continue my training on that track when possible and then maybe enter an officially organised run on a Saturday in June or July (by which time I hope not to embarrass myself too much). Continued happy running, Linda x

Well done Linda! Feels good doesn't it :-) I'm nowhere near 5k and I've only run 34 mins at the moment. I've got 3 park runs within 10 miles, but one a little further out is better I'm told (more mixed ability and flat terrain). I'm going back to the country park where I stopped my run next I think. If its not too windy it'll be perfect there's a race for life 5k there I can practice on. Enjoy your badge Deb xx

Great job, deekay64! Welcome to the Grad Club (Oooo, feels funny saying that, as I only joined it a few days ago). What a change from your last blog. Keep sane and keep running! :-)

I know con-brio I can't believe that little green badge right there next to my name. Congrats to you too. I have no broadband at present and have exceeded my fair use policy on my smart phone in just a week so I'm missing out on all the exciting news :-(
