Hello. This may be familiar to others, I commiserate, and appreciate any tips/insights.

I am struggling with moderate/severe COPD with asthma overlap, which can be awkward to treat, as reacting to tree pollen. Using Trelegy at present, as experience reduction in horrible wet wheeze. Have rescue packs, used for 3 chest infections over winter, but thankfully no pneumonia. The dratted widespread cough virus complicating matters, have never really stopped properly since Christmas. Chest nurse suggested trying to now catch exacerbation with steroids first, rather than other way round, resorting to the antibiotics if it gets away from me. Here we go round the mulberry bush!

Best wishes to everyone 🍀
