any one tryed airo phyiso to help them beath better its a little device . if so as it help anyone who as tryed it as iv been told i have copd and im willing to try any thing now before i get so bad later down the line and have to end up on meds

I have a flutter valve which. Pt only loosen phlegm but excerises your lung ,ask your respritory nurse for one they are free on the NHS and do the same job. Hope this helps. Have toa lovely evening and take care 😊 Bernadette and Jack 🐕 xxxxxx 🌹
