I'm not sure if he's legit, or if I should say something to administration?

The messages went from hello, to asking where I live, to saying he can't view my profile?

Then when politely told him this site is not a dating site, he stopped messaging me.

I don't want to blow him in if he's legit, but I'm starting to have my doubts.

healthunlocked.com/user/ken.... This is now the only way to see his info? If I tap on his name in my message feed, I now get a list of options and have to open his page in a separate tab?

He was/is following 4 people, all women.

If he has stopped trying to contact you, then perhaps just leave well enough alone. You can always click on report and the Admins of HU can take whatever action they see fit. I am just a COPD patient and member/moderator of COPD Friends, not with the HU organization. Hope all works out well and you can continue to feel comfortable in our environment.

The same thing... Where do I live, he lives in Texas etc...

My experience told me "ignore" this..

The next day I was blocked ...

My gut feeling was the same as yours, I should have listened to it.I did report him to the administrators.
