World COPD Baton Pass November 2025 - a global event

We all know that with any Respiratory condition we are better off keeping active! I am delighted to have been invited to be a part of the global patient panel for this year’s event. The main aim is to encourage and motivate as many people as possible, especially those of us with COPD to keep moving and active. Whoop. Watch this space UK and pass the message on.

Pauline that’s great you’re involved on the panel, And yes being active keeps us alive!! It’s just so much effort to keep active and be breathless - no wonder I burn lots of calories lol
