It shouldn't. It is a proven COPD medication.....BUT as we are all so different, it is possible it isn't what works for you. Do have a talk with your physician. There ARE other meds in the same pharmaceutical family that might work better for you.

I’m not sure exactly how you are feeling it is worse? Do you feel it is harder to breath right after taking it or do you feel over time it is slowly getting worse? I did have one inhaler (can’t remember the name anymore) that right after taking it my breathing was definitely worse so the next day went back to my previous inhaler. If I recall correctly some inhalers can cause bronchospasm. Not sure if that is what happened but my breathing was definitely worse almost immediately after using it.
