To be honest, I've never heard of one, but I do have a problem with phlegm and shifting it. Where did you get it from?

amazon or e bay I think chemists sell them to they do realy work phlem constricts the airways deep down in your lungs mine worked 10 minets after using it you blow in to it for 3 seconds and as you blow in to it you breath lifts a steal ball inside that vibrates your lungs s and loosens the phlem they have loads great reviws on them I got one b cause the inhaler I use does not seam to clear my lungs but this does and sometime I don't bother using inhaler since av used this I have not been restricted with my airways

Hi I think you will find the air physio and the flutter device are very similar. This was taken from Air Physio’s web site:-

Conclusions on OPEP Device Report

In summary, using mean PEP, peak PEP, amplitude PEP and oscillation frequency as indices of performance, we found that the AirPhysio and Flutter devices behaved similarly across a range of flow rates and tilt angles. Similar to our results, Volsko et al. [12] found that the Flutter and Acapella devices performed similarly across a range of airflows.

Just for reference I was supplied a flutter device free from the NHS. Barbs x

I don't have bad copd mild 10 years a go I feel better now than I did 10 years ago am very active I work as tree surgeon but I think I have never smoked so wonder if that has out to do with it also I did put post on here last year were to get rid phlem you take deep breath in and breath out as fast as you can through your chest this method worked as it rattles your lungs but its not as good as the air physio it works on similar bases

Amazing job! Yep look after yourself.

Guytane, I've suffered with chronic bronchitis for yrs and am on prescribed inhalers. More recently began coughing up small amounts of phlegm but can tell there is more deeper down in the lungs. Had not heard of this product but after your post and reading Amazon customer comments and viewing the helpful videos, I've place an order. Thank you for your post. I am so eager to try the AirPhysio and will report back results. Hugs!

Great to hear this, I have tightness but no phlegm coming up? Feels like I just can't get it off my ribs/lungs or something! Inhaler is opening airways but still something stuck there... I've ordered this so hopefully it will work!! Do you have to breath hard through it though or? Thanks anyway as I've ordered it and hopefully it will work 😉

Hi and sorry for late reply, I ordered this and tried it, couldn't move the ball much but was only first time tbh! Can move it a little so vibrates but not for long. Can't seem to get any mucus up though? Can you? Really does making the breathing easier though, just after one use and lungs did seem clearer! Will keep on it and see how get on, but cheers Yeah good piece of kit!!
