I bought a some a few years ago, and I don't think they did anything at all, except the bulbs in them don't last long!
Hi Hometeam - I don’t know about the salts but regarding CBD oil it depends where you live. I believe the CBD products in the USA are helpful but the UK products contain such a small amount they are ineffective. Honestly I wasted a lot of money so don’t bother if you’re in the UK.
