I pray again for healing of our lungs air sacs and bronchial tubes...I am praying for anyone who is suffering today.

Emily, I join you in that. I must say though, that we need to choose between focusing on our copd & doing what we can to make us feel better each day. I agree with a recent post, that our condition will worsen if our minds are stuck in "what ifs". Panic & anxiety can cause more harm than the copd, plus speed up the progression of it. I pray that we all get this, sooner rather than later. 🙏🙏

Emily, it was from your post called update from Silentknow1. She spoke about how anxiety could worsen our conditions. It makes sense because it affects our normal breathing when we panic. The what if meant things like what if this happens or that happens when we really have no control over the future. I've been there, done that. I now just do the next thing & deal with what comes, not "what if", that we really have no answer for.
