Symbicort or Fostair?

Has anyone who’s been on both these inhalers please give me their opinion on which one they’ve found best? I’ve got COPD and asthma and felt Symbicort wasn’t as effective so the respiratory nurse switched me to Fostair. Not sure about it and I dislike the feel of the powder on my tongue despite the fact my inhaling technique is fine. Should be after 20 years!
