Try to relax and enjoy your holiday. Being too anxious will restrict your breathing.

I always say, do what you can while you can. Go on your holiday & enjoy yourself. Don't allow panic or anxiety take that away from you. I'll be praying you have a safe & enjoyable time. Terri

Thankyou Terri I had an amazing time the flight was fine I had the best time with my children and husband, my breathing felt great when out there didn’t need to use my inhaler once, my chest felt clear didn’t want to come home 🤣

I flew to Texas and back. On the way I caught a cough and it went away under 24 hours: ok I thought maybe it was a allergy. This time on the way home I had a cough and chest congestion. I notice it was a copd congestion and I was stuck for a month. I found out I need a air compressor when I fly.

It's a good thing that you learned about an air compressor. Usually when I fly, I turn the air on high & face it toward me. That seems to work for me. I'm glad to know your next flight will be better on your breathing. God bless, Terri

Hope you are well
