Holiday
Hope you have a lovely holiday I went after my diagnosis was confirmed
Try to relax and enjoy your holiday. Being too anxious will restrict your breathing.
i no longer fly. my condition is just too severe
I always say, do what you can while you can. Go on your holiday & enjoy yourself. Don't allow panic or anxiety take that away from you. I'll be praying you have a safe & enjoyable time. Terri
Thankyou Terri I had an amazing time the flight was fine I had the best time with my children and husband, my breathing felt great when out there didn’t need to use my inhaler once, my chest felt clear didn’t want to come home 🤣
I flew to Texas and back. On the way I caught a cough and it went away under 24 hours: ok I thought maybe it was a allergy. This time on the way home I had a cough and chest congestion. I notice it was a copd congestion and I was stuck for a month. I found out I need a air compressor when I fly.
Hope you are well
Hi Emily, yes I’ve been ok have up and down days especially down when breathings not good, how are you doing xxxx
