Does anyone know if 2puffs of Spiriva daily is as effective as 4 puffs of Serevent and 8 puffs of Atrovent daily.

No - these medicines have different results.

Spirvia is a maintenance medicine and must be taken once daily (unless different as directed by your doctor) or it does not work.

Serevent is also a daily maintenance medicine and usually not prescribed it you are already taking Spirvia as its close to the same thing. Must be taken daily to be effective.

Atrovent is a rescue inhaler that can be taken numerous times a day as directed. It is not a maintenance medicine. Sometimes you will not be given this since one of the ingredients can interact with Spirvia.

Overdosing on COPD meds by taking more than prescribed can result in increased heart rate, high blood pressure and other nasty things.
