We can be there to support each other. I will be 80 in a few days. I find going to pulmonary rehab helps me keep going with more endurance and strength. Yes I am on oxygen 24/7 almost as year now. Was on it at night and at rehab for years before that. May you encounter things that make you smile every day. Life goes on.

Hi I'm also a ,72 yr old female.im able to go with our oxygen if I m not our with high humidity or feeling stressed.i have,2 concentrators up stairs and down plus small tanks when I'm shopping or at the docs. I f I use my pickle and deep breathing exercises it helps my need for less oxygen.

Okay.they have several shaped devices now, but approximately 15 yrs ago I was given this green colored device, narrow on top, but spread out more towards the bottom. They told me to breathe into it and it should rattle out pheghm caught between the crevices in my lungs .I do this 5 times each interval approximately 3 times a day . My last hospitalization I saw my roommate using one shaped like a hormonica, but think they all serve the same purpose when breathing into them
