Trying hard to improve my fev11

You may get more replies posting in this forum as I think there a lot more members there.
That's a good question that I would love to hear the answer to also. My 1st one was a year ago in April. My next one is scheduled for next April. Mine showed mild copd & since then I've been exercising, drinking a lot of water & making better eating choices. I'm hopeful for improved result or at least no decline. When are you having your repeat done? Pls let us know. I'll be praying for a good report for you. Terri
My Fev1 was 56% around 3 years ago and went down at one point to mid 40s. It’s now over 70% mostly. I put it down to being on the right inhalers for me and not sitting around too much. I also went back to work 2 days a week to keep me active and more positive. I have emphysema and bronchiectasis. I’m 61. I take a few basic supplements, don’t know if they help too. Good luck.
hi christina1947 if you look back at my past posts you will see that i was diagnosed over 5 years ago with moderate copd and after looking after myself better and doing the right things i did get back to the mild stage.
II had a hip replacement 2 years ago so could not be has active
Dont know what stage i am now but i would think moderate stage 2 again
best wishes
