Do you know what stage you are? We all have good and bad days. For a long while I couldn't get my ox over 92 but now I have days where it's 98. Changed my diet and taking supplements. Lots of water and certain juicers. But always check with dr before taking supplements as some could change how your other meds work. I researched and asked questions for about 6months before changing to supplements. I still use my inhalers but haven't had to use rescue inhaler or nebulizer for about 2 months. I'm not sure what your asking but I hope this helps some

Have not had any new testing since formal diagnoses with pulmonologist but I ask at that time and he said mild or moderate but do much better in lower altitude but co2 levels are usually low 92 is great for me. Thank you for reply.
