Dont given e up , the sun will comeout again. I don't know where your located. I'm up in the Adirondacks, New York State. Winters are long and dark and extemely cold. If I weren't still in ths jumble of raising A family, I would probably sink in the midst of it. Try to keep busy, makes some plans Planf a few seeds on your windowsill and a little exercise goes a long way. And dont isolate, sometimes just getting up and nicely dressed can make all the difference. These are things c that help me. God Bless!
