Just checked out the Earth Clinic page on COPD, lots of alternative treatments.

Hydrogen peroxide seems to work well going by all the positive reviews. I think I shall try that. I also like the balloon-blowing idea and I already blew up a couple this evening. Will go for 7 or 8 as Cayce advised. One of the EC posts:

"Edgar Cayce's book Handbook for Health says he never knew anyone that did not recover from COPD if they would blow up 7 or 8 balloons a day. Certainly worth a try."

It builds up strength in our lungs & this is exactly what we need.Could you please explain about the hydrogen peroxide?

Glad the balloon-blowing is helping! I haven't tried the hydrogen peroxide yet. You might explore what's available online:
