Hi Martin3488,

It's tough to tell from a picture. To me it looks rather greenish. Kind of like you had a lot of spinach and kale in a meal.

Now, if this is completely out of the norm for you and you can't determine it to be caused by eating or any medications, perhaps getting it checked out at the doctor would be the way to go. This way you'll know if you have anything concerning to deal with.
