35 yr old male with some changes

hi all, i been going crazy with my symptoms. Started july/2024 when after eating Panda express that i started getting diarrhea. Ever since then my stools been so irregular, some days diarrhea, some days feel like i gotta go but nothing comes out, sometimes it comes out small pieces that are flat. Here and there i be having some normal stools, i have upper abdominal discomfort. Haven't lost weight, no blood, but with back pain, sometimes i notice some little black pepper size black specks in my stool. Of course o Google every symptom and never fails to come back to colon cancer.

Yesterday i had diarrhea, and notice 2 piece that looked like a string of poop. Kinda seemed like a worm/mucus type of thing. Don't have insurance so don't know what to do

hi my guy I don’t think any type of food can cause this the best thing to do is get tested the anxiety and worry is worse than the result I know (400 fit test) the longer you leave the worse it can get DO NOT PUT IT OFF I know its scary but mine came back as indeterminate colitis please go to your gp I wish you the best always here if you need to talk

Hi try adding a tablespoon of ground flax seed and drink a lot of water. I buy the whole flaxseed and ground them myself.

Have you made an appointment to get this checked out? The anxiety of not knowing and rabbit hole google can send you on can all be stopped by getting some solid answers. Please have it checked out by your GP and let us know what you find out.👍

Have an appointment next Tuesday, but im working on scheduling an appointment for a colonoscopy anyways. I will keep y'all updated
