hi everybody i huge thank you to everyone who responed to my post and apologies for any delays in replying do to family emergency i had my appointment with the specialist today who says i have haemorrhed issues she thinks bleed is from lower stomach and im having a camera both up and down at the same time to try to identify the sourse she can feel no sign of a tumour but will check to be sure as for genetic tests my health authority refuse to fund it so its a question of saving up to pay

That is good news and trust me having an endoscopy and a colonoscopy in the same span of time is not that bad. It makes the prep work even more important but you're also doing the prep work for two procedures. Big bonus.👍😁
Who is this “health authority”? When you reeled off your family history of cancer, I find it unbelievable that they would not fund genetic testing to help the rest of your family. One option is to go online AT and Google genetic testing online. Yes, sometimes Googling can be a good thing. There are sites like 23andMe and ancestry.com that can give you kinetic testing for health related reasons. You can contact them and ask them if they're test do cover hereditary dispositions to cancer. I think it would be a tremendous thing to know. Hereditary dispositions are germline and can can be known very early because it's passed down to you in your genes.
