Hi sakuralee1309,
Thank You for posting on Colon Cancer Connected. I hate to see you have these symptoms going on. Any time there is blood detected in the stool the answer needs to be known. There could be so many things that could be causing this, but it definitely needs to be checked out.
You have a "tortuous colon" which means it's longer than the normal colon. This is a first for me, but it makes me wonder if issues are more susceptible to that situation? If so, I would think a surveillance protocol would need to be followed. Constipation may be a more susceptible issue if certain diets are not followed for this? It's been a month since you had a colonoscopy. I wouldn't think the hemorrhoid issue from then would be a cause, but perhaps something new. Given that history, I would get it checked by your doctor just to stay in front of things. It seems very soon that something has changed since your the colonoscopy.
It would be interesting to hear what the doctor says about a tortous colon and what issues are more likely to be occurring. Tortous or not, I would definitely get it checked out and know what's going on.
We do wish you the very best in getting to the bottom of this issue. Many different things could be causing it. Please let us know what you find out.
Thank You,
~Tom, GCCA Survivor - Colon Cancer Connected Site Administrator.
