Colonoscopy Prep

I just took the Sutab prep for my colonoscopy and it was a breeze. I highly recommend it. No more horrible stuff to drink. Just take 12 pills and drink 48 ounces of water at night before and again in the morning.

Hi SueJohnson,

Thanks for posting on Colon Cancer Connected. I've never done the tabs for prep. It would probably take me 48 oz of fluid to down 12 pills. Just as long as it works. I usually do the Suprep fluid thing. I get annual colonoscopies. I drink a lot of sport hydration drinks and that's my fluid for the Suprep as well. Either way, both are a lot of fluids in a short period of time.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I know some have problems with the different horrible tasting preps that are out there. A big reason I started adding Gatorade to my mix. I'll ask about the tabs next year.

Tom
