earlier this year I had stomach issues and pain in my lower right side and blood in my stool and got a CT scan which didn't find anything and then got some more medicine which didn't 100% solve the issue (you can read all about it in my 1st post) , anyways due to time and me being busy I finally just got my colonoscopy, pre colonoscopy I still had pain in my lower right abdomen and suffered from other issues like not being able to go to the bathroom 2-3 days at a time , sometimes going to the toilet a lot in a day , sometimes have pencil-thin stool. so I went and got a colonoscopy and the doctor said that from the inside I didnt have anything wrong and that it was probably IBS , he couldnt find a tumor, not even a polyp no diverticulitis, no crohns nothing , he said I have a perfect colon from the inside, I still have that tender pain in my lower right abdomen , I did notice that is gets more painful if I eat pasta or bread , so maybe its celiac idk , and the pain started after a food poisoning episode I had again idk, but I am relieved it's not cancer because according to google it was 100% cancer.
Thanks everyone

It's great you got things checked out. Since you had polyps removed 18 months ago, what kind of surviellance are you on to catch things early? Do you have a family history of what you are experiencing? Myself, I'm hereditary (Lynch Syndrome) and get an annual colonoscopy, annual CT scan, annual blood and cytology work and every 3 years I get a endoscopy.
And please let us know how you colonoscopy goes in October.👍
Food poison. Hmmmm. Well, it's good you had everything checked out and google was wrong. However, has the blood in the stool stopped? The blood was coming from somewhere? 🤔
Good the bleeding stopped👏. But that tender pain in the lower right side🤔. At least nothing sinister showed up in the colonoscopy or the CT scan. Maybe it is diet that is aggravating things? It seems to be a pretty consistent spot getting pain.
