Im 33 male asian, I was concerned regarding my stool , everytime I eat raw carrots at night on the following morning I can see bits of red orange fragments in my stool, is this still the raw carrots or is it blood?

this is carrots. I had similiar worries but noticed a pattern after eating carrots.

I completely panicked one night having the same issue. Took a pic and sent it to a doc. Both the doc and an older friend of mine said it was carrots. The doc said if blood was actually in the stool it would be tinged and not solid.

Hi marlonsanmateo - certain foods are difficult to fully digest, and because of that, your stool will look different as the dietary fiber that is undigestable is in your stool. You may have heard of "roughage", these are those foods that we can't completely break down.
