Really sorry share a picture, but having several weeks of worry with my bowels (negative FIT, awaiting other tests no colonscopy), just wondering does anyone think the left side of the image is red stool? Thanks

Hello Virond4w ,

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing anxiety.

This site doe not offer medical advice, but we are here to share our experience and offer our advice, but it should not replace speaking to your doctor. It is pretty hard to tell from a photo what's going on unless the blood is very obvious, which doesn't seem to be the case here.

The negative FIT is good news - what other tests are you awaiting results for?

Do you have a follow-up appointment with your doctor?

As hard as it is, try to not let the anxiety get to you too much. (I know that it is a lot easier said than done!). Our GI systems are very sensitive to stress and anxiety and can make symptoms worse.

Hang in there,

Just a reminder - this group is here to offer support, share experiences, and offer our thoughts - but this is not medical advice, and you should always consult your medical professional(s). Additionally, for all emergencies, seek urgent medical care, never delay.
