Dear yossi7474, it is difficult to tell from the photo if that is blood or not. Is there any blood on the toilet paper? The only way to truly know what is going on is to see a medical professional. Be sure to let them know of any family history of colorectal cancer as well as any relevant gastrointestinal issues/food allergies. Please keep us posted.

Thanks for posting in Colon Cancer Connected. Sorry to hear about the bleeding you've experienced. Have you seen a doctor?

There are many reasons for blood in the stool, some are very treatable with medication, diet change, and minor procedures, and of course, there are more serious reasons for blood in the stool as well. For that reason, we always advise patients to seek medical care when they have blood in the stool.

If you have not reached out to a medical professional, please do so. If there are any questions you have, please feel free to post and we'll do our best to help you, but ultimately a doctor will need to see you.

Hi, I have something similar, but I know mine is blood through a fit test, I actually knew it was blood cause as tmi as it sounds I did put a little bit on a tissue and smudged it. I’m still waiting to see what the colorectal surgeon wants to do.
