Very sharp and painful stools, what does it mean ?

Hi, I am really worried about my bowel movements, for the past two weeks I have been experiencing very sharp stools and bleeding, is this a sign of cancer. It really seems very unusual and I'm getting really worried.

That is constipation! Eat more fibre and drink more water
