Hi I'm new to this forum but I have a question. Ok can you get constipation from stress? I am a colon cancer patient and due to a situation I am staying with friends who know i must have low fibre I'm actually eating healthier than I do at home but I haven't opened my bowels since I've been here 5 days ago and I'm very uncomfortable with the pain i see my consultant tomorrow ( 21/11/16) i don't want to have to ask for more laxatives especially when with this pain it will set my spinal damage off and my friends will worry about me so much.

Can anyone help with this question and I'm sorry I can't give much information
