Has anyone experienced rising creatinin levels while on Brukinsa. I started treatment in Dec. an my levels have continued to increase to a worrying level. Was Fien prior to treatment. Have a call into doc now and awaiting a call to discuss, Could it be a temporary side effect as many others related effects have come and gone

I hope and trust your Doc will take your creatinine rise seriously, and check your GFR, and continue to monitor the levels. Many reasons for that exist, not just CLL, drugs are a very common and important cause of kidney function impairment.

Protect your kidneys!

Measured GFR as opposed to estimated is a better marker of kidney health.
