I'm currently taking Brukinsa and was just prescribed Ciprofloxacin antibiotic for a UTI. Does anyone know if it's ok to take the Cipro while also taking the Brukinsa? Since it's new years eve, the pharmacy where I'd normally ask that question is closed.

I have CLL and have been on Brukinsa about a year now. I wonder if anyone on Brukinsa has taken the RSV vax?

Four years after FCR or chemo treatment, and three and a half years after Gyzava or immunotherapy now I am taking Brukinsa. Does anybody have a similar experience? How long can Brukinsa keep me going? Thank you

Has anyone suffered from ongoing over production of head and chest mucous,I seem to have a constant issue coughing up gunge,my cll seems to be under good control with very few other side effects,thanks Rob

I worry about long term effects of brukinsa since only approved since 2023. Maybe I should just be grateful for my current status? Any comments would be appreciated 😊. Rita

Is anyone else in the group on Brukinsa for a blood cancer? Two days after starting it, I’m having a flare up of anal/rectal irritation. I had about 5 pretty good months until now.

Since I started taking Brukinsa (zanubrutinib), my white blood count has been coming down from a high several months ago of 133K, it is now at 61K and has been dropping about 15 points monthly!

Seasons greetings to all, back to the consultant today to hear what treatment programme will be put on, kind of hoping for Brukinsa but need to take away any thought of convenience before results, feeling quite uncertain for what it will mean going forward, but trying to look forward positively 🤞

My counts have been coming down since about two months after I started Brukinsa treatment! It seems to be working very well.

I can not stop thinking about how Brukinsa is going to affect me. Trying not to be a big baby about it but it does worry me how I am going to feel .

hi, had to stop Zanubrutinib treatment due to edema and heart failure. Wondering if anyone else has had this reaction to the drug? Docs thinks is possible HF caused by previous chemo and Zanubrutinib could still work in small doses, but am wary as HF came on so fast - 20 kg in water retention.

I’ve been on Brukinsa for about 4 months now. I’ve been experiencing mid to upper back pain that also radiates to lower back. My onocologist has order a STAT MRI. otf the thoracic spine and lower lumbar spine. Anyone else had this issue/ experience? Thanks!

I’m on Brukinsa 320 mg a day. I go to bed and wake up in the morning with them ! Thanks!

I am taking 160 mg of Brukinsa each morning. There has been a gradual decline from a high of 133, then 118 then 102 and now 92. Slow but steady progress! Side effects are pretty manageable with small doses of Immodium as needed (which is pretty often :).

Been on brukinsa for 7 months since dx of SLL/CLL in June 2024. No side effects so far that has altered my energy and lifestyle. Don’t want to jinx myself. Anyway I have multiple red petichiae which I’ve come to accept I guess. Two days ago I noticed 5 or 6 small brown spots on my inner upper arm.

My cardiologist wants me to take a baby aspirin daily but I’m on brukinsa. I wonder if there will be issues. I will call oncology before I start taking it. Wonderful if anyone had experience with these two.

I’d say as far Brukinsa is a success!!

The Brukinsa is definitely working as planned. On the subject of melanoma, this has not been mentioned to me even though my oncologist knows I am headed for a vacation in the Caribbean.

Currently on Brukinsa and will be soon be starting Zometa (bone resorption infusion). Apparently, it is quite rare to have CLL that also presents with bone damage. In my case, I had a walnut sized tumor in my T12 vertebrae that had to be radiated.
